We are delighted to go back to Guildford to host both the 12 hour and the 24 hour events at Guildford Lido. Swim either 1km or 1 mile an hour for 12 (7pm - 7am) or 24 hours (7am - 7am) as an individual or team.

Swim for Charity
Fancy doing something special this year? Why not enter Swim the Night for Aspire?
Aspire is our amazing charity partner. They support people living with spinal cord injury in the UK.
Every two hours someone is paralysed by a spinal cord injury. It can happen to anyone at any time, and no one is prepared for how it will change their life. Aspire exists because there is currently no cure.
Individual or Team
Take on the Swim the Night challenge as an individual or as a team of 2, 3 or 4.
As a Team, you can divide up the distance and swims as you wish: alternate your hours, or split the event into larger chunks.
Camaraderie and commitment are key. Your teammates and fellow participants will help you through the darkest hours, supporting your every lap.
Swim the Night Village
Enjoy a midnight meal and grab a coffee or two to help keep you going.
Between swims, take a nap in your own or hired & pre-erected tent, hug a hot chocolate or cheer for your fellow swimmers as you edge ever closer to our celebratory breakfast finish.
